Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of CleanPilot.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Using CleanPilot

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you register, and the information you provide must be accurate.

2. Trial and subscriptions

New accounts get a 14-day free trial, no card required. Continuing past the trial requires an active paid subscription on one of our published plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time from account settings; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period.

3. Your data

You and your business own the data you put into CleanPilot — your client records, bookings, invoices, and staff information. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to enter your clients' data into the platform and for how your own staff use their accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CleanPilot to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or use it in a way that breaches a third party's rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Payments

Card and direct debit payments are processed by Stripe and GoCardless respectively. We don't store full payment card or bank account numbers ourselves.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep CleanPilot available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues can occasionally affect availability.

7. Liability

CleanPilot is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
